The Wear Garden Gate

Gate Height

The physical height of the Wear Garden Gate is Approx 3ft (914mm) from the base to the top of the shepherd's crook. When deciding on your gate height please take into consideration to leave approx 2inch (50mm) gap from the ground and approx 1inch (25mm) from the top of the pillar.

Gate Width

All of our gates are designed to fit between walls/posts. So the physical size of the gate is approx 4.5inches smaller than the opening to allow space for the fittings. For more detailed information on picking the correct gate size, please see our measuring guide.

Hanging Left or Right

Our gates have the option to be hung left or hung right. To determine which way you would like it to be hung follow the example below:

After Purchase Care

All of our gate are supplied with an undercoat of black primer paint. To ensure long lasting life, please paint as soon as possible with any exterior paint.
(Paintwork may get chipped/scratched in transit)
